Policy

Returns and exchanges:

Your satisfaction is our priority. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept exchanges or refunds. This is not a solid rule, and each case will be evaluated.

Payment:

Payment is required within 3 days of ordering. If payment is not received, or contact is not made within 3 days, your order will be cancelled.

Shipping:

  1. We ship Canada Post, unless other methods have been discussed.
  2. Items only ship after payment has been confirmed.
  3. Orders ship can ship between Monday and Friday with the exception of national or postal holidays. All orders usually ship between 3-5 business days but may be more during high volume order times.
  4. Custom orders need to be paid before they are made.
  5. Canadian shipments with Canada Post may take up to 5 business days to arrive at their destination. US shipments with Canada Post may take up to 6-8 business days to arrive at their destination. International shipments with Canada Post may take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive at their destination

Custom Fees

All international customers are responsible for any additional fees that may be added by your country’s custom

Local Pickup

For some of our heavier items like the 15 kg bulk honey, you are responsible to pick up these items locally. They are usually too expensive to be shipped. We may consider shipping if larger quantities are ordered and shipping is paid. Contact us to discuss your order.

Custom Orders

We can do custom orders, so please contact us to discuss them. Custom work may include: guest size soaps, different scents for soaps, wedding favors, or corporate gifts.

Due to the nature of these orders, we may require significantly more time to make and prepare these orders.  Email us to discuss your order.
